2. Using Laundro

Laundro is provided to help businesses manage their laundry operations more efficiently.

Depending on your plan and available features, Laundro may help you:

• Send customer SMS notifications.

3. Your Laundro Account

Your Laundro account gives you access to the features available under your subscription.

Your login credentials should be kept private. You are responsible for activity carried out through your account.

4. Business and Customer Information

When using Laundro, please use the platform responsibly and only for legitimate business activities.

SMS credits should be used for genuine business communications and in accordance with applicable messaging and privacy requirements.

SMS usage may be deducted when messages are processed through the Laundro messaging system.

Available credits and usage information may be displayed within your Laundro account.

SMS credits are intended for the normal operation of your business and should not be used for spam or abusive communications.

10. Payments Recorded in Laundro

Laundro provides tools that help businesses record payments and collections.

These records may include Cash payments, M-PESA references, payment amounts, collection status, and related business information.

Laundro helps organize these records but remains a management tool. Businesses are responsible for verifying their own financial records and maintaining any official accounting, tax, or statutory records required for their operations.

11. Service Availability

We work hard to keep Laundro reliable, secure, and available.

From time to time, temporary interruptions may occur because of maintenance, updates, network issues, infrastructure providers, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

We aim to resolve service issues as quickly as reasonably possible and continue improving the platform.

12. Your Business Data

Laundro is designed to provide secure access to the information you store within your account.

You are responsible for maintaining appropriate access to your account and ensuring that authorized members of your business use the platform properly.

Laundro's software, design, branding, logo, interface, content, and related technology are owned by or licensed to Laundro unless otherwise stated.

Your Laundro subscription gives you permission to use the platform for your business according to your selected plan and these Terms.

Your business information remains your business information. These Terms do not transfer ownership of your business data to Laundro.

Protecting your account is a shared responsibility.

We use appropriate security measures to protect the Laundro platform, while you are responsible for protecting your login credentials and devices.

If you notice unusual activity or believe your account may have been compromised, please contact Laundro Support team as soon as possible.

Laundro may also restrict or suspend an account when necessary to protect the platform, users, or service integrity, including in cases of serious misuse, fraud, or violation of these Terms.
